No monthly bank statement through FNB

I have had the worst day of interactions with FNB

I requested a bank statement from Tasneem Bezuidenhout to be emailed to me, and never received it, I had to phone back (this was my 4th attempt to contact FNB) only to be told by another consultant that it was never actually emailed - I will probably still be charged for this transaction. I then found out that FNB can't actually provide me with a monthly bank statement over the phone (to be emailed) and that I actually have to go into a branch...

The fact that I cannot get a monthly bank statement emailed to me is absolutely the worst service imaginable

I now, have to go and stand in a line at an FNB branch and get charged R25 because of this absolute shocking service - they will then generate a bank statement for me - why I cannot do this over the phone or via the FNB app is beyond me - you are meant to be making banking easy and convenient for your clients

This is an absolute inconvenience - I work from 8am-5pm every day - and I urgently require this bank statement today.

I cannot believe how I have been let down by you as my bank

Your slogan is "how can we help you" you are NOT being very helpful at all - you have completely inconvenienced me and are charging me R25 for the pleasure
