No money via payshap received after 23 hours
Dear FNB, I do not accept that a payment which was suppose to be immediate (as per FNB's guidelines, as well as the payshap guidelines) has still not reflected in my husband's bank account nor has it reversed back into my account. This is causing undue financial hardship and pressure on my husband and I as our daughter's birthday party is at 11:00 today and we have to pay suppliers balance owing for this event. FNB AND Payshap MUST RESOLVE THIS ERROR IMMEDIATELY. If it is not resolved urgently this morning, I will take the necessary action and lodge complaints with the regulatory bodies. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. And "apologies" does not help me pay suppliers this morning!!!

16 Jun 2025, 15:38Unfortunate that I do not have enough money or assets for FNB to care about the hardship of embarrassment that I felt as a struggling parent unable to pay for things arranged for her child today, the humiliation of it all. SO I guess I will have to take my small change to a bank that cares about struggling South African. Thank you FNB, for the very very poor service
