No money is safe here
Pathetic as usual. No money is secure here. 4 Debit orders deducted from my bank account at once for Microsoft. I went to the useless secure chat and what a disaster. I am still yrying to figure out what the role of the secure chat is.

13 May 2022, 16:20Thank you, I would really like to sort this out and get the money back. I am extremely concerned about the security safety of my money. I do not understand how 4 consecutive deductions from the same company can be approved, with an amount that is not even our usual amount.
I am also a bit frustrated with your secure connect. It just seem that there are a lot of inadequate people there who does not seem to be able to answer queries.
