No man, didn't expect this from FNB

I really cant believe this my FNB APP was giving error when i wanted to pay one of my husbands accounts so i kept trying more then 5 times it showed an error, requested a statement yesterday for this and saw the payment went through more then 5 times i called the home loan collection side cause thats where i made the payments to, i couldn't get assistance from anyone in that department, i was rather told to send proof of the payment but they can see that more then the usual amount was paid... told i would be contacted within 24hrs, guess what still nothing, i mean come on that money you keeping has things to do..
