No luck with Covid19 relief fund.

We app**** for Covid19 relief to support our business. This application was registered using the FNB app on 6 April. Status of our application is 'completed'.

To date we have not received any feedback regarding this matter. Call centre agents are unable to assist, even transfered me to the 'Covid19' team. The calls get dropped all the time.

Dissappointing.
