No luck so far.

I need to open a South African Bank account so that a retirement annuity can be paid into it. I sent the enquiry via their website on the 31st July, and on the 3rd August I received a reply saying it had been passed across to their sales team. I have followed up a few times since then but am still waiting for some-one to contact me. Reference ***Q.

Completely understand the current global situation but just a reply every week or so to say I have not been forgotten would be nice.
