No longer will be banking with FNB

FNB : Upgrading card - Slow lounge FNB was aware that I was travelling abroad over 6 months ago when I made a payment to flight centre. I had a call from FNB to upgrade my card to Private banker to access international slow lounges which I did. I emailed to confirm my slow lounges are in order, they advised that my ebucks level reduced from level 5 to level 2 due to upgrade of my card. FYI: one of the selling points was to earn more ebucks on private banker card and now I received a downgrade.

Today I received a call from Sibongile Mbondo and she said she can try and assist with increasing my ebucks reward levels but she cannot grant me access for my current travel (I leave Tuesday)

Then she also advised that I need to get a global access card in order to access international lounges. FNB has been sending me SMS's regarding my travel but never once mentioned that.

This is very poor service, especially when you sell your clients upgrades and it ends up in a worse position for the client and more fees.

I am very disappointed with this level off service. When I come back from my trip, I will be moving my accounts to another Bank!
