No Longer a Reward System

I originally joined FNB for the reward system. With my gold cheque account I effectively used the system and moved up the ladder slowly but surely. Unfortunately I was sold into taking a platinum card thinking that the ebuck benefit would be greater but only afterwards did I realize it wasn't. I had to start right back from bottom.<br> <br> Today however I realize that I can only move up from level 1 if I were to take further products from FNB like a R20000 overdraft, (and use 10% of it) or a home loan, a revolving loan or a contract on a smart device.<br> I find it ridiculous that taking out more products that will merely land you in debt are considered when assigning rewards.<br> <br> Surely the fact that I spend money within my limits, don't go to atms or branches and actually practice responsible banking by living within the limits of what I earn would mean I was rewarded more. <br> <br> Furthermore the fact that they changed the system and no longer roll over rewards just makes me think that they are more about rewarding themselves than the people who more than the people who moved across for their brilliant rewards program.<br> <br> I have emailed a query but am yet to receive any kind of response
