No logic sense

We did a bond switch from Std Bank to FNB. In March we got a statement and Payment was made on the agreed date, only to find the next day that we now owe more than the month before, and our access funds was also reduced by half.

I phoned FNB Homeloans and the consultant said it is fine, and nothing is wrong, even after pointed out tothem that the interest amount is higher than the re-payment amount, and that our access funds were less by half.

How are you suppose to pay of a home loan if the interest is more than the repayment amount, and what is the purpose of paying more to settle the loan earlier if the money disappeared from access funds while interests amount increased whereas the capital amount was reduced to ensure lower interest amounts.

This is ridiculous, especially since the call center agent think that there is nothing wrong with this.
