No level 5 ebucks for me.

3 weeks with still no resolution on my ebucks query.

I need 1000 points to move up to level 5 ebucks, so according to the FNB agent I spoke to i last updated my wellness profile in 2019 and this is keeping me from receiving points for having life insurance.

I have updated my wellness profile in the last 2 months, how can I forget the 30 mins it took me to take all the questionnaires...

Come on FNB you are better than this, its starting to feel like you are trying anything not to get me to level 5 and just hoping i will give up. Good luck i wont.
