No legal assistance at all

I called FNB law on call for assistance after I got hijcked and my vehicle was recovered by Netstar & handed over to the police but 2 weeks later the police would still not release my car and my insurance Alexander Forbes did nothing to assist. The lady I spoke to 1st at law on call said that she cannot assist with the police since the matter has been handed over to my insurance which is understandable. But we went into the 3rd week and still nothing from my insurance nor the police so I phoned law on call again and spoke to Themba and explained that my courtesy car rental expires in a week and the insurance is not promising to extend if they still fail to get my car from the police and he adviced that my insurance is not forced to extend nor can he interfere with a police investigation since the police claimed that they are witholding the car pending the outcome of the investigation which could take mnths. So according to him the police are allowed to keep my car until the investigation is concluded and my insurance is not forced to assist nor pay me out if this matter takes months. I had to seek legal advice from a real lawyer at a fee when I pay FNB for the service already
