No joy with fnb

I have tried to reverse a debit order and I have had no joy with this bank. I have logged calls with no follow up communication. I have called them with no joy. I have written a review with hello Peter and I received a call and said they would call me back within 24 hours yet 5 days later and I am still waiting. What a pathetic organization?
