No Joy! VBS Legal
Please can someone from FNB VBS Legal please contact me. I have been trying to get 2 prescribed letters from you guys for months. I have been to NCR National Credit Regulator about this. A person just can't get through to the right department, no matter how much you try. When you eventually do, you get promised these letters that just never come. This is absolutely become ridiculous. What am I supposed to do to get some help?

Once again, the search is even on to find complaints. You clearly have my number and email address to contact an unhappy client, but you don't, you just give me instructions with no joy. When you can *** there is no clear indication on what option you must select, when you eventually get through to someone, it is the wrong department, they will transfer you to the correct department (just want you off the phone) and guess what ... you just get put through to the same menu. But they tell you, you must speak to VBS Legal, but there is no option of VBS Legal. Complete waste of time
