No joy

I purchased via Uber eats, and as a result of poor food quality, Uber eats reversed the transaction. This reversal is not showing on my transaction history, only the purchase. An attempt to sort this out via the App messenger was unsuccessful, I was told to refresh the app, but experiencing the same via the website.
