No interest to keep customers happy

I have been banking with FNB for approximately 10 years, i app**** for a home loan in 2015 and was approved and then declined reason being i am a contract worker. i don't really know why i am still with you! I called in this morning spoke to Gugulethu Tolo to increase my credit card limit and i was told i will not get the interest rate i currently have and i mean that is nonsense, what happen to keeping a customer happy and not worrying about your pockets and taking from us!
