No integrity from the card distributor.

I ordered a card from FNB , DSV contacted me and called me with and incorrect name.I told the agent that i am expecting a card from FNB and the name he mentioned was not mine.Now i received a message to say that i was unavailable and i need to contact them.Why do i need to contact the for their mistakes. FNB,please get a distributor with intergrity and honesty.
