No insurance payout!

It seems FNB is not ensuring clients for ***** cases and the service is so poor it took more than a month after I initially reported the ***** case to them. They now tell me they could not recover the funds…what can you expect after waiting more than a month after the initial theft date! I would recommend going to another bank, as no one knows what they are doing, the service is poor and you are met with automated responses.
