No Information

I have complained on HelloPeter not so long ago about ABSA and FNB. ABSA wrote me e-mails and everything is sorted out. But FNB I can't find anybody to speak to. All that needs to be done is close an Investment account and release the money to the Executor's Trust Account. The phone numbers that I got from FNB is not correct because when I phone the number I am told that I must phone another number. All I want to know is whether there is something outstanding from the documents that they have received, because it is taking forever. Please resolve this!
