No immigration staff

So in order to emigrate legally one has to go through their bank. Well I found the emigration process through FNb most frustrating as none of the staff at their branches are trained immigration specialists instead they waste time phoning the call centre asking questions. I had this experience at Hayfields and Midlands Mall in Pietermaritzburg as well as Cresta in Johannesburg. If I knew FNb was so incredibly useless in this regard I would never have banked with them.<br> <br> Train up some people FNB because the immigration numbers are not going to go down anytime soon. And nobody wants to go to your Diagonal streEt branch. ABSA have these specialist people at most of their branches. CATCH A WAKE UP!!!!
