No humans available

I cannot get hold of a human being. I am horrified by this situation. I am trying to stop debit orders and get directed to use *120*321# and then after completing process I get told this can't happen and I have to phone bank. Round the merry go round again. I have spoken to consultants at Nedbank, Absa, Liberty, Old Mutual and more. FNB is impossible. Need advice urgently on my accounts and loan. Will be switching banks unless this gets resolved.
