No human intervention - hiding behind "Systems"

I moved a bout a year ago from Nedbank to FNB.

I was unemployed for a period of about 6 months which resulted in some of my retail accounts falling into arrears.

I have paid up all the accounts that were in arrears and received a creddit report from ITC confirming that.

I have been upgraded to FNB Platinum Premier Client because I am a so called "valued client" and is paying quite a substantial monthly fee.

I approached them to apply for an overdraft and was simply declined upfront due to the "SYSTEM" that has not been updated on their side from ITC. What hapenned to human intervention? Everyone is hiding behind the lame excuse of the SYSTEMS.

I worked for Nedbank myself for about 12 years and I regret moving from them as there is still human intervention and a way to override systems - FNB does not have that superior functionality!

Please rather stay with a bank that is willing to help you and not give the SYSTEM excuse every time.
