No HR Contact information for Former Employee

This actually my last resort. I'm an FNB former employee. For the past 7 days I've trying to get through to HR/Payroll due to the documents required from SARS. The branch I worked for doesn't take calls, I'm told it only assists walk ins. The Former Employee site gives an error when you input your required details. There is no available contact information on former employee payroll/hr assistance.

Can someone from FNB Branch Banking HR department,please provide an email address or direct contact information on where we can be assisted.

This is so frustrating. All calls made were put to customer service. I need urgent assistance.
