No hlep with Home Loan
I called this morning and held on for 18 minutes while I was transferred to 5 different people regarding a question on our home loan. No one was able to help me. FNB Home Loans used to be excellent. Our Home Loan is apparently with Private Clients now and no one knows what is going on. We are a few months away from paying off the house and we have a few questions regarding this. Shocking service. Please train your call center agents properly. I asked for a supervisor and he was apparently "busy"
