No help with SAFT Funding

I am the owner of a small business who desperately needs funding assistance. I phoned FNB this morning and selected the correct department for SAFT assistance and all I got was a recording that was no help. I went back to options and selected the loan department and got through to a helpful gentleman Godfrey who listened and told me which department I needed to speak to and put me through to them only to get the same recording. FNB are supposed to be assisting business clients with the SAFT funding and you cannot get through to them. This is not acceptable.
