No help with defective online payment system when registering company

On paper this bank has very good products but their implementation is poor. I tried to register a company with them and it says FNB blocked on all browers when I try to complete the payment with my credit cards. My Reference number: xsgzfznduCto. I tried to fix it with your chat banking people on the app and only got transferred over and over between the different departments. They probably were hoping I would give up and go away.
