No help with attitude

Went to the bank to to get one of the supplier database form to be stamped by the bank personnel, after waiting in a queue and to be sanitised with kitchen cleaner liquid was told they can not stamp the form but can only offer a stamped bank letter of which I could have done from my office as am able to download one from my app, this form clearly states the required bank personnel name and surname, designation, branch then a stamp of which I can not complete myself but was told Priscilla is not in they waiting for her to authorize that, and again was just a number to FNB, and thinking of this period of COVID-19 where you don't have an income and business is at a standstill and your bank is not even willing to help like they claim to,,, so disgusted and actually sourcing out a new business banking home,
