No Help when trying to settle My Loans

I have been on a call with FNB over an hour trying to settle my loan and being transferred from pillar to post

The agents have no idea of the frustration of just being transfered they just get rid of i called all numbers they given still no help or answer ***/***/*** No answer just clueless agents
