NO HELP VIA ONLINE CHATS

Appauled by the FNB premier banking chat.

I logged a chargeback as I am not getting the product from the merchant nor are they responding to emails. I want my money back. Everytime I try to talk to someone online I am getting no assistance, I work during banking hours and don't have time to go to the bank. Whats worse is you guys advertise yourselves as online banking champs and electronic banking etc. I am really disappointed as I've banked with FNB for years, guess its time to move. on.
