No help to business

I opened a Platinum business account a couple of months ago. And one of the reasons I did this is because of a banker that apparently oversee your account and can help. Not only was I downgraded to a gold account without my consent, even though my business makes much more than required for platinum. I am yet to be introduced to a banker. I tried to sign up for ebucks online an gets a error message to speak to my banker. I phoned ebuck and they gave me a name that was apparently assigned to my accountZ she does not answer the phone or her emails. Is my busisness not good enough for your attention?
