No help or explanation to assist me

I tried to calling the Private Wealth Suite and the Debit Order dept and after holding on for ages, there was so much crackling and shuffling and noise on their end I could hear nothing.

I then again called above and the Agent said he can’t help me because it was on my Private Wealth Card.

So here I sit…… a Private Wealth Customer and no one able to help me!!!!!
