NO HELP, NO SUCCESS!

Honestly? It's like the service gets worse the more you invest in this bank. Since moving over to Private Clients Suite I haven't been able to get hold of my private banker AT ALL! The so-called Smart Call Service process is really not working and it honestly doesnt help solve any problems. Call agents arent available and when they pick up they can't help, put you through to the same old process of waiting and then eventually the call gets dropped.

My main issue is that I have a deduction on my account that I would like to dispute, WHICH IS NOT A DEBIT ORDER, and I am having NO SUCCESS. I am also NOT going to a branch. You can forget about that. It's the 21st century damn it.
