No Help, No Solutions

Absolutely frustrated with the service from FNB Debit Order Reversal Dept, FNB ***** Department and FNB Branch in Southgate Mall. *****ulent debit order going off my FNB account, FNB cannot reverse, report as *****, or even locate details for the person/company that is debiting my account! First Debit order went off in March, 2nd End of June, still no help from anyone at FNB. Now I cannot even close my account as I have to provide alternate details for a *****ulent debit order! Absolutely pathetic!!!
