No help, no response, been trying for months!

I have been trying for months to get an issue resolved regarding an online banking profile linked to PayPal.

I have been on the phone, getting bounced back and forth between Online Banking and Paypal Assistance, using up all my airtime, having seven people all try to walk me the through the same process of resetting my email, despite me explaining that I have tried this repeatedly and it doesn't work and telling them what error message I'm getting.

I've sent screenshots, I've begged, I've pleaded, I am so frustrated at the lack of response.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO ACTUALLY GET HELP AND HAVE THIS ISSUE RESOLVED?
