No Help no customer service

On the 25/09/2020 I transfer money by accident from my FNB savings account to my discovery credit card (the one that was still with FNB, this account is also closed but still showing on my banking profile for some reason) I have been phoning FNB but can never get hold of them tried talking to them on the app they tell me to call discovery, discovery tell me to call FNB, I just want my money back please
