No Help how can we ***** you with love fnb

My account got blocked by FNB so my tenant paid my rent into my account.The biggest problem is that i can't pay my mortgage because my money is stuck in my account (thank you fnb for absolutely costing me money). I made contact with them 3 1 month ago and they requested some documents...I sent it as they requested...It's been 3 weeks and no one has gotten back to me. Today I tried to transfer my money to pay my mortgage and guess what. It's still blocked. Perhaps i can say the most unelpfull bank in SA. I am currently out of the country and go to a branch
