NO help from RMB when I need it!

Extremely disappointed with Rand Merchant Bank! In these hard times and after being a loyal customer for so many years, I am told in the most formal and un- customer centric tone, that nothing can be done for me. Nothing. I always pay. I’ve stayed. I sing your praises to everyone and yet, when I need help, my bank is absent and totally aloof. All I need is to consolidate my debt after a hard Covid road. Shocked and saddened!
