No help from how can we help

Here is the funny thing I lodged a complaint on hellpeter I get a high priority email of acknowledgment but then get a call a couple of days later i reschedule a call due to meetings i then get a call BUT not at the time I scheduled time so they call whilst im in a meeting like seriously i need to really consider the help im getting from a bank who claims they can help? # WIN
