No help from ***** Department

It's sad that we have to complain on this platform to shame companies which is the last thing I want to do. My husband's business account has been hacked and he has been trying to get assistance from FNB. The consultants don't understand the urgency of the matter. His hard earned money is being withdrawn and they seem to care. All they do is to put you on hold for so long and don't even have the decency to call you back when the line cut off. Please we trusted you with our money, provide us the service we deserve as clients. My poor man is stressed out and can't even eat. To think I'm the one who recommended FNB to keep his money! ***
