No help from FNB Student loans after speaking to 4-5 different agents

Hi.

Yesterday I called FNB and I was advised that Nomsa would call back regarding an application for a student loan, as systems were off line. Nomsa did not call back, Today I called *** and I was transferred to 5 different agents all advising why they cannot help. I was advised that the service is only provided by FNB Premier Banking. This is a kind request for support and a call back from FNB in support of applying for a student loan, please.
