No help from FNB regarding covid19 relief fund

I have the same problem like Dean! I have been with Fnb for ages and i went into the covid19 relief fund and filled in all my details and when it co.es to uplpad a document it does not work! I have been on the phone with consultants for more than 25 minutes and not one of the consultants could help and resolve this,one consultant said the file upload function does not work and the other consultants keep putting me through to other consultants that knows less than the previous consultant and lastly i came to a very arrogant consultant that just dont care! All my loans and car finance is with fnb but we dont get helped! I am a private wealth client,i pay R500 p/m to be a private wealth client but my private banker keep shutting down the call and the consultants cutting me off the line!
