No help from FNB premier

I use FNB premier but it's useless. Bankers useless as well. I have reported my card twice am unable to swipe nor buy online I was told I hv more than 1 card I asked the last banker to stop anything beside the 1 I have. But till this day I must withdraw money instead of pos. Can. I get help asap honestly now
