No Help from FNB - Poor service - Maternity query
When you bank with FNB for so many years and you pay so much of fees and other things but when it comes to you going on maternity and they advise you , you do not qualify does it not make you question the bank you with. I have been on the phone the entire morning trying to speak to someone in the revolving facilty and credit card to make an arrangement and all you been doing is being transfered from one section to another. Why is it so hard for them to assist their customers that have banked with them for so many years in a desperate time of need.

As a highly pregnant woman who should not be stressing I am out here worrying about finances as I will not be able to pay my instalments in full for 4 months. They advised me CLI may cover you but when I sent my documents they tell me I am not covered. imagine banking with them for years and in time when you need their help you get none. I even tried to make an arrangement on my Revolving facility and Credit card and they dont want to assist in that aspect as well. Yet a bank I dont even bank with is assisting me for 5 months with reducing my instalment by half.. I will definitely be changing my bank soon and I will make sure family and friends know the truth about FNB.
