No help from FNB nor from Hulisani Madzivhandila from FNB after more than 7 days - Even after numerous follow-up emails - I am moving to another bank - Pathetic customer service.

Extremely High interest rates on everything - Disgruntled about service I got from FNB.

I logged the below query a week ago (more than 7 days ago) and my query was assigned to Hulisani Madzivhandila from FNB, up until now I have not received any help from FNB not from Hulisani Madzivhandila - I sent numerous follow-up emails and I still have not received any help, pathetic customer service - I would really not recommend FNB to any one, I am in the process of moving to another bank as there is no help from FNB. ---------------Earlier message----------------------- I have been with FNB for 5 years and since I joined have been very good when it comes to my payments whether be it credit, overdraft or home loan and recently I have been approached by other banks who are offering me very competitive interest rates on my cretic card, overdraft and home loan, this morning I was in contact with FNB and I asked that can the interest rates be reviewed and have not yet received help, I have been with them for 5 years and even to borrow loan they wanted to charge me just close to 30% saying I can renegotiate after taking the loan, extremely disgruntled about FNB interest rates am I the only one, I would not really recommend FNB bank, be careful folks - mind you that my credit score is very good.
