NO HELP FROM FNB

WHY IS NO ONE ASSISTING ME WITH TRACING THE FUNDS THAT WERE REFUNDED TO MY CANCELLED CARD???!!

Your card division is MUTE no response. I have sent proof of payment made from the company and still NO HELP FROM FNB. This is very frustrating.
