No help from FNB
I have been calling in from this morning, requesting a bank confirmation letter for my savings pocket. NOBODY IN ALL OF FNB CAN HELP ME. They either transfer me without saying or they drop my call. Looks like they have lost their personal touch. They keep telling me the same story on how to access a letter for my Cheque or my business current account online! Even their “team of bankers” were nonsense.
