NO HELP FROM FNB!!!

SUCH A POOR SERVICE!!! Our business account HOUSE OF SOLLYS PTY LTD has been hanging for over a month now and no one seems to be attending to us or telling us what we have outstanding. We have been to the branch, spoke to call centre agents but still no solution. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP US!!! It is so frustrating cause our business is about to start but we have no account to use.
