NO help from FNB

I have been trying everyday to get assistance from FNB going from department to department to try and resolve an issue on FNB system.i spend hours on a call with no satisfaction. i have given all my business to FNB but it seems that they cannot assist

i am trying on here for the last time on FNB system i am unable to apply for Overdraft increases nor credit limit increases as it says that there is a misconduct on my name.i have contacted all credit beureu and they all confirm that there is nothing on there side and my accounts are in good standings i need this to be fixed on FNB side to remove the misconduct for no reason. i would like to apply for increases and loans but due to this system error on FNB side it is refusing can FNB contact me to resolve this issue and not just move me from department to department.
