NO HELP FROM FNB!

Don't ever register a dispute/***** case with the bank, because you can NEVER speak to someone. Your call gets transferred from this agent to that one and eventually they tell you to chat to a banker on the secure online chat which is total BS!!! I registered a transaction dispute a month ago and I am still struggling to get this resolved. I thought the bank are suppose to help people.
