No help from FNB!!!

I bought electricity thru FNB cell phone banking. R500

The token issued to me via sms ...turned out to be a USED token

I've been battling to get help from fnb for weeks ...they sent me to city power. I'm a 65 year old pensioner ...

I've been sent from pillar to post ...I didn't buy my electricity from city power..I bought it from FNB!

I have all the people's names I spoke to below not one person was helpful especially the team leaders ...

I am not happy with FNB I can't believe that they trying to ***** my money that I paid in good faith ...
