no help from FNB
My account was debited twice , I've contacted the merchant and seems the mistake is with FNB! The amount is still pending in my account but it seems FNB is not going to help me with recovering my money seeing as every customer agent gives me the wrong advice or just cuts the call! Honestly think I might have to write off R5996 & possibly cancel my FNB account!
This is the most shocking service I've received.
my reference number is ********** 8_ ********** 81 sent on the 28th of December .
